This restorative sound journey is a perfect way close to the day and is open to all\, no experience needed. \nSaturday May 2nd Agenda: \n8:00 – 8:30 PM | Arrival & Welcome Tea \nMake your way to the Observation Deck and settle in with hot tea as the last of the golden light fades over the mountains and out to the Pacific. \n8:30 – 9:30 PM | The Sound Journey \nCrystal Soleil guides you through an immersive saundbath of crystal bowls and healing tones. Simply lie back\, breathe\, and receive. \n \nBring layers! Bring blankets and anything you’d like to be comfortable. We provide cots and are happy to provide blankets and pillows if needed. \nPair Golden Hour Yoga with our signature Sunset Soundbath for a full evening of movement and sound – book both and flow from mat to stillness as the sun sets 💫 \nSpace is intentionally kept small to honor the intimacy of the experience.
