With sweeping 360° sunset views as your backdrop\, this all-levels flow is designed to help you unwind\, reconnect\, and soak in the beauty around you. \nWhat to expect: \n\nA gentle-to-moderate vinyasa flow suitable for all levels\nBreathwork and mindfulness woven throughout the practice\nA golden hour setting with panoramic views in every direction\nA sense of community\, calm\, and awe\n\nWhat to bring: Yoga mat\, water bottle\, layers (it can get breezy at elevation!)\, and a camera – you’ll want to remember this one 🙂 We also have loaner mats if you prefer. \nPair Golden Hour Yoga with our signature Sunset Soundbath for a full evening of movement and sound – book both and flow from mat to stillness as the sun sets 💫 \nSpace is intentionally kept small to honor the intimacy of the experience.
