She has also guided her own children through homeschooling\, deepening her understanding of individualized\, heart-centered learning. \nLindsey is deeply inspired by Waldorf philosophy and its reverence for childhood. She believes that education should nurture the whole child—head\, heart\, and hands—while honoring each child’s unique path of development. \nHer love of nature is at the core of her work. Whether hiking\, gardening\, caring for animals\, or simply being outdoors\, Lindsey weaves the natural world into daily learning experiences. At Splitrock Farm & Retreat\, she creates opportunities for children to engage in meaningful\, hands-on work that builds confidence\, resilience\, and a true sense of belonging. \nLindsey is passionate about helping children grow into strong\, independent\, and free-thinking individuals.
