She has also guided her own children through homeschooling\, deepening her understanding of individualized\, heart-centered learning. \nLindsey is deeply inspired by Waldorf philosophy and its reverence for childhood. We also feature Saturday morning yoga\, miles of hiking trails\, giant granite boulder climbing\, and free range farm animals who often visit our overnight guests at their camp site. \nPlease allow time for navigating the country roads to Splitrock Farm and Retreat and for parking. Upon arrival we will be served hot tea as we watch the sunset cascading from the 360 panoramic mountian views all the way to the Pacific Ocean glistening the golden sunlight off of the water. You are invited to dress in attire from your homeland\, or in color theme RED as we are rooted in to our ancestral origins. \nPlease bring instruments for guitar\, drum circle\, and vocals for open mic performances. Limited spaces are available for open mic- please register upon arrival. We are humbly requesting the help of volunteers wanting to be a part of this initiative through the service project for land stewardship\, because it takes a community to build a community. \nSplitrock Farm & Retreat is on a mission to improve community health by creating opportunities for people to experience the healing power of nature. We are offering programs that support mental\, physical\, and spiritual health\, as we create opportunities for people to develop a healthier relationship to self while immersing themselves in their natural surroundings. \nWe will be gathering in the morning for orientation on the overall mission and assigning group tasks to begin the building project for the day. We are going to be learning how to build compostable toilets from leaders in the permaculture community. Join us to pursue your passion of sustainability and discover how to light your fire within from entreprenuerial mentors to help bring your vision to life with community. \nFor this event we are providing bell tents with sleeping cots\, with a limited amount of spaces so be sure to add on to your ticket to reserve. You also have the option to camp overnight in your own tent or vehicle. The evening will include breathwork with Amy Ma of Sol Gratitude Village and Soundbath with Sierra Sovereign. Followed by a potluck\, and drum song circle by the bonfire. \nWe are requesting attendees to bring potluck items for the evening and light morning breakfast. Please bring food and a musical instrument to share your gifts in the evening. Drum & guitar circles with vocalists welcome in the acoustics of the amphitheater surrounding the firepit. \n* This project requires physical labor and able volunteers who can arrive the 28th to be a part of the vision we are co-creating to develop Sol Gratitude Village at Splitrock Farm and Retreat. \nSplitrock Farm & Retreat is rated the #1 HipCamp location in America. DESCRIPTION:Outdoor yoga at sunset with full moon rising over breathtaking views\, followed by a soundbath\, fire release ceremony\, and drumcircle.\n\n\nSplitrock Farm and Retreat is proudly offering a monthly Full Moon Event. \nOur Full Moon event will begin with yoga on our breathtaking 101 acres of magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding mountains all the way to the Pacific ocean on the horizon. This event allows you to watch both the sunset and moon rise at the same time. \nThis will be followed by serving hot tea to warm our bodies and open our hearts to setting intentions on paper\, before being guided into a gentle soundbath inside our Geodome at the Splitrock Commons. After the soundbath we will begin a fire release ceremony by letting go of all that does not serve us\, while burning the paper scroll containing our intentions igniting into the ether. Join us to connect with community\, enjoy potluck nibbles\, and to harmonize the beat of your own drum in a drumcircle. \nWe encourage you to bring a light and healthy potluck item to share with this growing community\, as well as a percussion instrument to join the festivities. If you would like to stay over night we have options to add on to the ticket price for a private glamping tent\, or to bring your own and stay until morning for a beautiful sunrise hike. \nYou have the option to either add a glamping tent for us to provide for you\, or to bring your own to set up in the Splitrock Commons. Additionally you may book one of our private campsites at splitrock.farm. We are Americas #1 Glampsite on Hipcamp and host multplie venues for large or private events. \nSplitrock Farm & Retreat is pleased to sharing our unrivaled views of the ocean stretching from La Jolla\, across the North County Beaches to the nature preserve of Camp Pendleton.
