Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food

Hippocrates

Food is perhaps the single most important decision we make for ourselves on a daily basis, and all we are asking here at Splitrock, is that whatever you eat, it be mindfully decided upon and enjoyed in the moment with the people you love.

We believe in quality food that tastes good! Being outside, moving your body and connecting with your spirit all build quite an appetite, so we will be eating well. All meals are included with the cost of the retreat and will be catered in by local establishments that make their food in house and care about the quality of the ingredients.

Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available for all meals. All food sensitivities can be accomodated with notification upon registration.

Alcohol is permitted on the premises but will not be “served” by Splitrock or any of the eateries employed as vendors for this event.
