Join us at Splitrock Farm and Retreat every Saturday for a Sunset Soundbath as the sun dips below the horizon and the stars come out. Settle in and let the healing vibrations of crystal bowls carry you into deep rest. This restorative sound journey is a perfect way close to the day and is open to all, no experience needed.

Saturday May 2nd Agenda:

8:00 – 8:30 PM | Arrival & Welcome Tea

Make your way to the Observation Deck and settle in with hot tea as the last of the golden light fades over the mountains and out to the Pacific.

8:30 – 9:30 PM | The Sound Journey

Crystal Soleil guides you through an immersive saundbath of crystal bowls and healing tones. Simply lie back, breathe, and receive.

Bring layers! Bring blankets and anything you’d like to be comfortable. We provide cots and are happy to provide blankets and pillows if needed.

Pair Golden Hour Yoga with our signature Sunset Soundbath for a full evening of movement and sound – book both and flow from mat to stillness as the sun sets 💫
